How are your candles made?
Our candles are meticulously crafted using high-quality coconut-apricot wax and fragrance oils. Each scent is designed to provide a unique sensory experience, combining fragrance with poetry through QR code-activated poems.
What is the burn time of your candles?
The burn time of our candles varies depending on the size and formulation. On average, our luxury candles have a burn time ranging from 18 to 65 hours, allowing for extended enjoyment of the fragrance. Specifically, the 4-ounce candles burn for 18 hours, the 7-ounce candle will burn for 57 hours, and the 10-ounce candle will burn for 65 hours.
Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability in our production process. Our candles are made from eco-friendly materials, including natural coconut-apricot wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils, ensuring a cleaner burn and reduced environmental impact.
How should I care for my candles?
To maximize the lifespan of your candle, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn. This practice helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn.
Do you offer gift options or packaging?
Yes, we offer gift options and can provide special packaging for your purchases. Please check our website for available gift sets and customization options.
What if I need help creating my audio for my personalized candle? Do you provide custom personalized messages for candles?
If you would like for us to create and record the message for your personalized candle in our studio, then there is an additional $20 charge per message recorded with a maximum length of 3-5 minutes. - Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.
5. Returns and Refunds
- We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you are unsatisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

- We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made candles unless they are defective or damaged.
- Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, we may have already processed or shipped the order, and cancellations may not be possible.
